Goodwill's employment and training services prepare job seekers in our community to successfully find jobs and enter the workforce. Goodwill's Employment Specialists work one-on-one with job seekers to help them identify their job skills, interests and possible training needs. Are you looking for a job or considering changing careers? No matter your situation (long-term unemployed, criminal background, underemployed, disability, or just looking for a change or more money) Goodwill's Career Connections Center is here to assist you in your job search.

We provide all of the following at no cost to you:
• Internet/computer access
• Copier/fax/phone access
• Mock interviews
• Resume building assistance
• Access to hiring events and job fairs
• Daily job postings and access to online job listings
• Daily workshops covering a variety of job search related topics
• Great partnerships with over 800 employers in the Southern Nevada community
• Knowledgeable staff to meet with one-on-one to develop your personal employment plan
Depending on your needs you may also be provided with:
• Bus passes and gas cards
• Clothing, shoe/boot, and hair cut vouchers
• Referrals to other agencies that provide child care or food
• Tuition for trade schools (HVAC, Culinary, Trucking, etc.) or GED
• Funding for Work Cards (TAM, Sheriff's, etc.) or Background Checks
